When we confirm, we'll agree placement and size with you and check your skin — existing tattoos, scars, anything we should know.

If no date works for you, just say so and the £250 stays on account until we can offer you one.

48-hour rule: cancel or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice and the £250 is lost. Give us 48 hours or more and we'll move it to a new date.

18+ only: we may ask for photo ID on the day. If you can't prove you're over 18, we can't tattoo you and the £250 is lost.
