Booking Fee Terms: Booking fees are valid for 12 months from the date of payment, but only when an appointment is rearranged or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice before the original appointment date. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the original appointment date will forfeit the booking fee — it will not be transferred or credited to a future appointment.
